Our Standard Delivery Terms and Conditions are detailed below:
1. Free Delivery
Free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £50+ ex VAT (or £60+ inc VAT) to UK mainland addresses. This excludes certain heavy or exceptional items, such as large hairdressing supplies or other bulky items; we will contact you regarding any additional charges in these cases.
2. Your Delivery Address
You have the option to provide a delivery address that differs from your payment card address. This allows you to have your order sent to an alternative address if needed. The delivery address must have someone available to sign for the order between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
3. UK Mainland Delivery (England, Scotland, and Wales)
Please allow up to 5 working days from the time the order is placed. However, it is likely that your order will arrive sooner.
Returns Policy
1. Faulty or Damaged Products
If goods are damaged in transit or found to be faulty, we will accept their return under the following conditions:

You must notify JustSteph by email at stephanie@juststeph.co.uk within 5 days of receiving the goods.

You must gain authorisation for the return by emailing us at stephanie@juststeph.co.uk.

We will arrange the collection of the faulty or damaged product. A replacement item will be sent at no extra charge. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided once the faulty item has been received by us.

Refunds will be processed via the payment method you originally used.
Changes and Corrections
We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. However, we reserve the right to change product specifications, prices, or descriptions without prior notice. All offers on this website are subject to stock availability, and we may restrict or refuse any order at any time.
Guarantees
Guarantees for all items and equipment are provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty. Glass items are specifically excluded from this guarantee.
Please note that colours shown on this website are for guidance only and may vary depending on your screen settings. We cannot be held responsible for any colour imperfections.
Retention of Title

Property (legal or beneficial) in any goods supplied by JustSteph shall remain with JustSteph until full payment has been made.

Goods for which property has remained with JustSteph must remain identifiable as our property. The buyer must return such goods to JustSteph at their own expense upon request or allow us to collect them.

Risk for the goods passes to the buyer once possession is transferred.
